You’re right CT as always – but I’m thinking – isn’t ‘always inevitable’ tautological ? Or maybe you are using repetition as a protreptic device . . . .
I go with my first instinct when I write anything. And I have to confess, I never considered the persuasive measure in posting that comment.
As far as being repetitive, many women have accused me of this. To which I had a quick and witty response. Which is probably why I’m single at present.
Yes I agree . .the quick and witty response , in retrospect, always sounds – (delete as appropriate) – (a) aggressive (b) unfunny (c) pathetic and often manages to achieve all three !!!
