I’ve been doing some logo design recently and I use squared paper for draft ( and often daft) ideas – this was one of the former ( and possibly the latter) It’s a black light! (Sorry for the pun, I couldn’t resist!) I’m a big fan of colour, but I do feel that it’s good to get back to monochromatic once in a while to practice the basics of shading and the like. And the results are often quite interesting! I’m always flipping between the B&W and colour . . . maybe it’s good . . . . . . or maybe I’m just indecisive Luckily we don’t really have to choose, and can just do what we want. 🙂 yes indeedy . . . . .
