This was a piece on Visual News -excellent site- the idea came form an artist who recreated famous book covers but with the tile missing one (vital) letter. I liked the idea so these are my efforts.‘OLDFINGER’ – Ian Fleming talks about arthritis
‘TREE MEN IN A BOAT’ – Jerome K. Jerome’s hilarious story of lumberjacks on holiday
‘A TOWN CALLED LICE’ – Nevil Shute recounts life in a big city.
‘LAUGHTERHOUSE 5’ -Vonnegut in typically humourous mode.
Care to join in? Just one letter missing in the title.
How you doing?
I’m in the process of re-designing this blog/site to incorporate all my various ‘things’ into one place. I’m hoping this will make the site more interesting for you people who drop by, and also make it easier for me to keep under control. If any of you have any thoughts about the new theme; layout etc etc. then please drop me line or leave a comment.
Talking to a friend about roof terraces this was a pleasing scribble on a serviette!
Actually, no. A cold wet evening with some ‘hot blues’ (he said modestly…) until the cold meant we were no longer able to play as frostbite set in…but a fun night anyway.
During our soundcheck at Baschi, Lesley went to take some pics. I like these a lot! My favourite student!!
Yes.. It’s a departure from tradition .. A change to a lovely little Italian notebook for No. 52 … A birthday present from two great friends, Anna & Piero. Thanks, guys
