At 6am this morning the sun was coming up and I was in shorts and t-shirt. I lasted about half an hour in England this afternoon before admitting defeat and putting a jumper on. I know the feeling… Incidentally i see you use ‘banana moon’ on flickr is this a Gong reference?! Yes it is! I think in the 20 years I’ve been using that in various places online you’re the first person to recognise it! About 1972, I wrote to Daevid Allen, and somewhere I have his reply from Banana Moon Observatory, Majorca. Yes it is! You’re the first person in the 15 years or so I’ve been using it online to recognise it. You could be here in the middle of the US where it has been almost 90 degrees and 80% humidity lately.
