Bianco Rosso e Blues

Three months prior to this  series of gigs, we’d been in Avigliano for the South Italy Blues Connection. We met and I played with the Blind Catfish Blues Band- greta guys

and it was a lot of fun! We kept in touch and this mini-tour came about. It was a great weekend. Thanks, Guys. 

Warm evening & cool blues ?

Actually, no. A cold wet evening with some ‘hot blues’ (he said modestly…) until the cold meant we were no longer able to play as frostbite set in…but a fun night anyway.

 

Rowland Jones and the Young Reds at Baschi

Beautiful location ! More subdued music but still great fun. A young singer joined us for a couple of tunes, but she didn’t know the words to Summertime…. so she read them from Giacomo’s iPhone–iPhone/Autocue !!

Another great night! The piazza was full – lots of fun and Gianluca and Guido were brimful of energy!!!

It was great night –absolutely sold out. Three people said to me :’It’s the best music I’ve heard since I’ve been here!’ How could I not feel good about that?!

Playing there again on Sunday – really looking forward to it!
