Customer Services? – yeah sure….

So after last night‘s Premiere at The Printworks I got an email from Skiddle, the agency who handled the ticketing. They wanted to ask me some questions.

Would I recommend ‘All Crazy Random private screening’ to friends? Of course not, because it’s a one-off event and it’s a private screening – the clue is in the name of the event. They want to know what was good, or not so good, about the event because this will help them to improve events in the future. That sounds very positive doesn’t it?

Oh hang on a minute – there’s a little clause here. ‘Skiddle have no involvement in the organisation or running of the above event.’ So why ask me anything about it? Presumably so that if I did enjoy the event they would take the credit if I didn’t then it was nothing to do with them. Thanks.
